I’ve kept her in the QT at a stable 24C. 0.6% Salt levels.
Her sores I mentioned worried me so I’ve given her one last acriflavine treatment.

Another important thing I forgot to mention is she has not eaten since I have isolated her. I’ve tried feeding her without success and avoided adding food to not pollute the water.
This may be related so I’m including it in this post. One of my koi’s also has a very curved spine, especially his head. I have checked and there is no electrical leak and I seriously doubt she got struck by lightning. Could the drippy and this be related to the same underlying cause?
I these photos you can see where she has started to un-swell, she was rond a week ago, no curves behind her gills/ fins. And exactly there you can notice redness/ sores.
